Lisa is the protégé of legendary Cajun accordionist Joe Simien and has worked with Sir George Martin, (Beatles producer), multi-Grammy winner/producer KebMo’, Brian Setzer, John Hiatt, producer Sylvia Massy, Dave Koz and a host of others.  Lisa’s passion for music is reflected in her ability to ignite the spirits of Americana, Cajun/Zydeco, Christian, Jazz, Rock and Folk fans.  She performs worldwide over 150 days a year with her all-star band.

Lisa’s renowned band “the Zydekats” includes:  Skip Edwards, keyboard/accordionist for Dwight Yoakam/Johnny Rivers; Chuck Alvarez, guitarist for Tim Weisberg; Andy Anders, bassist for Louisiana music legend Joe Simien; and Maria Martinez, drummer for Rita Coolidge/Johnny Paycheck
